What this website collects

When you request a quote, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, pharmacy or clinic, email, optional phone number, number of locations, the EMR or pharmacy management system you use, and any message you add. We also record the page you were on and, if you arrived from a campaign link, the campaign details contained in that link, such as the source and campaign name.

How we use it

We use these details to respond to your request about SimplyFax.it. We do not use them for any other purpose without your consent.

Browser storage and your choice

This website does not use cookies, advertising tags or analytics tools. If you arrive from a campaign link, we can remember the campaign details contained in that link, such as the source and campaign name, so that we can measure our marketing. This is saved in your browser's session storage only if you select Accept, and it is cleared when you close the tab. If you select Decline, or make no choice, nothing is saved in your browser, and the campaign details are used only on the page you are viewing. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage so that we do not ask again. You can change it at any time with the Privacy choices link in the footer.

How your request is delivered

When you submit the quote form, your details are delivered by email to the SimplyFax.it team mailbox through a business email service. The website does not keep its own copy of your submission. The email service and our website hosting service handle your details only to deliver your request and to operate the website, and may log technical information such as your IP address and the time of the request.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details you submitted through this website. Send your request, or any privacy question or concern, to privacy@simplyfax.it. Our team will assist with your request within 48 to 72 hours.
